JAKARTA, KOMPAS - The Attorney General's Office continues the investigation into the alleged bribery case involving the management of corruption related to the granting of crude palm oil (CPO) export facilities, which has implicated the Chairman of the South Jakarta District Court, Muhammad Arif Nuryanta, as a suspect. In addition to questioning two judges who presided over the CPO export case, the Attorney General's Office also confiscated dozens of luxury motorcycles suspected to be connected to the bribery case worth Rp 60 billion.
Head of the Legal Information Center of the Attorney General's Office, Harli Siregar, on Sunday evening (13/4/2025), revealed that investigators from the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) had searched several locations. As a result, investigators confiscated 21 motorcycles of various types and seven bicycles.
"The investigators have just conducted searches in several locations. We have just received approximately 21 motorcycles of various types and seven bicycles," said Harli.
The confiscated motorcycles and bicycles have been taken to the Attorney General's Office. The seized motorcycles are considered luxurious and come from several renowned brands, such as Harley Davidson, BMW, Triumph, Norton, and Vespa.

Previously, investigators had confiscated four vehicles. Three of them were luxury cars, namely Ferrari Spider, Nissan GT-R, and Mercedes Benz.
On the same day, Harli stated that investigators from the Attorney General's Office's Special Crimes Division also examined two judges who presided over the alleged corruption case involving the granting of crude palm oil export facilities from January 2022 to April 2022. The two judges, namely Agam Syarif Baharuddin and Ali Muhtarom, were questioned from morning until evening.
"Since this morning, investigators have been conducting examinations of two witnesses who are part of the panel of judges handling the case related to the corporation. Currently, both individuals are still being intensively questioned to uncover their connection to this case," said Harli.
UanIn addition, investigators also re-examined suspects Marcella Santoso and Aryanto. Both left the AGO at around 8:30 p.m.
Previously, investigators from the Attorney General's Office had named four suspects in the case of alleged bribery or gratuities at the Central Jakarta District Court. They are Muhammad Arif Nuryanta, the Chief Judge of the South Jakarta District Court who previously served as Deputy Chief Judge of the Central Jakarta District Court; Wahyu Gunawan, the Junior Civil Registrar of the North Jakarta District Court who previously worked at the Central Jakarta District Court; Marcella Santoso, the legal representative of the company; and Aryanto, also the legal representative of the company.

The determination of the suspects is related to the decision of the panel of judges at the Corruption Crimes Court at the Central Jakarta District Court to issue a verdict of ontslag van alle rechtsvervolging in the case of granting export facilities for crude palm oil or CPO from January 2022 to April 2022. This means that the defendants were proven to have committed the acts charged, but the acts did not constitute a criminal act.
Director of Investigation of Jampidsus Kejagung Abdul Qohar said, it is suspected that there was a bribe to Arif amounting to Rp 60 billion. From the investigation, it was stated that the money was given to influence the verdict in the corruption case of the provision of export facilities. In relation to this, investigators are also investigating the possibility of receiving money flow to the panel of judges chaired by Djuyamto.
IanAs of Sunday night, Djuyamto had not been questioned by the AGO investigators. According to Harli, early Sunday morning, Djuyamto had visited the AGO. However, Djuyamto was not questioned because his arrival was not informed to the investigators.
Therefore, Harli said, investigators are trying to ask for information from Djuyamto. "Based on the information, investigators are conducting a pick-up," he said.
