JAKARTA, KOMPAS - A number of Gerindra Party elites responded to the issue of a signal of a reshuffle or reshuffle of the Red and White cabinet after 100 days of the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka government. It was acknowledged that there were still ministers who were not in line with Prabowo's direction. The ministers were also reminded of the integrity pact that was signed when they were asked to be willing to become members of Prabowo's cabinet.
Previously, while attending the "102nd Anniversary of Nahdlatul Ulama" event at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, on Wednesday (5/2/2025), President Prabowo reminded all institutions to work in accordance with the demands of the people. According to Prabowo, he has already given all parties the opportunity to make improvements within the first 100 days of his administration. Therefore, if there are still parties that do not align with this principle, he emphasized that he would not hesitate to take action against them.
The Daily Chairman of the Gerindra Party, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, when met at the Parliament Complex, Jakarta, on Thursday (6/2/2025), did not firmly answer whether Prabowo's statement indicated that there would be a signal of a cabinet reshuffle in the near future. He only stated that Prabowo, as the president, understands his aides the best.
Every moment, Dasco continued, Prabowo constantly observes to what extent his ministers are able to match the President's work in fulfilling the Prabowo-Gibran campaign promises at this time. In the evaluation of the first 100 days of this administration, Prabowo can also assess whether his ministers have been performing their duties to the fullest or not.
"Therefore, the president who has the prerogative. We leave it to the president to then, after these 100 days, either conduct an evaluation or take corrective measures internally," said Dasco.

According to Dasco, Prabowo's statement at the Nahdlatul Ulama event yesterday was very clear, where Prabowo openly issued a warning to his ministers to then conduct internal evaluations within their respective ministries.
"I think, right, Mr. Prabowo is an open person. If he has spoken openly, it means that it is a warning to his assistants, namely ministers, to then conduct an internal evaluation in their respective ministries," said Dasco.
He instead reminded that all ministers and deputy ministers had signed an integrity pact before being inaugurated by Prabowo. In the integrity pact, there are several articles that will serve as the basis for Prabowo's evaluation. Prabowo will assess the performance of each minister to determine whether they have met the provisions in the integrity pact.
Dasco also does not deny that there are currently complaints regarding ministers who are not in harmony with President Prabowo. "Well, indeed I have heard some complaints about some who are still not in harmony. Well, whether that is what is meant, we will see how it is," he said.

The Secretary General of the Gerindra Party, Ahmad Muzani, stated that a cabinet reshuffle is entirely the president's right as the head of government to evaluate his aides. "When he will appoint and when he will dismiss someone as an aide or minister in the Red and White Cabinet, that is his prerogative (Prabowo)," he said.
Gerindra, continued Muzani, fully supports all views and thoughts, including the decision to be made by Prabowo as president to take actions deemed necessary for the effectiveness of this government. He also believes that whatever decision Prabowo makes must be accompanied by a very mature assessment and consideration.
"However, when (the cabinet reshuffle will take place), we honestly do not know yet. Who (the ministers who will be affected by the cabinet reshuffle) especially, I don't know," said Muzani.
Muzani only asked Prabowo's ministers to help Prabowo wholeheartedly, sincerely, and willingly. All of this is to achieve the Astacita program, as promised in Prabowo's campaign. "So, I ask you to work hard and really help the president," said Muzani.
Separately, when met at the Parliament Complex, Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait admitted that he was ready to face the possibility of a cabinet reshuffle after 100 days of the Prabowo-Gibran government. According to him, ministers as assistants to the president must be ready to face the possibility of being removed from their posts.
"Yes, we, as assistants, must be ready, of course, we must be ready," said Maruarar.

Maruarar continued, as the president's assistants, the Red and White Cabinet must also be ready to carry out their duties. The ministers must be ready to work together and not be corrupt.
"We are the president's assistants, yes, carrying out the president's duties. I think so and we work as Prabowo's vision says, working hard. There should be no corruption and cooperation, because it is impossible for us to work alone," said Maruarar.
Yesterday, while attending the "102nd Anniversary of Nahdlatul Ulama" event at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday (5/2/2025), President Prabowo reminded all agencies to work cleanly. He emphasized that he would take action against anyone who did not comply with the principle.
"I have warned many times, now who is stubborn, who is ndableg, who does not want to go along with this big trend, with the demands of the people, a clean government, I will take action," said the President.
Prabowo believes that every leader must set a good example, even if the steps taken are unpopular. He also invited all his staff to dare to improve themselves. "We must be brave, I invite all my colleagues, we must be brave," he said.
The President also revealed his government's determination. "Dare to correct ourselves, dare to build a government in the future, a government free from abuse and corruption, that is our determination," Prabowo said.
